With a background in management and experience in the hospitality industry, Mrs. Kavita Ghatge witnessed the fervor of tourists seeking the finest sarees from Kolhapur. This experience fueled the excitement of starting something unique, and thus, the idea of NITARAA was born.

NITARAA is not just a brand; it's a celebration of visions turned into reality. Guided by the keen eye for quality sarees of her mother, Dr. Vandana Katti, Mrs. Kavita Ghatge embarked on this entrepreneurial journey. The support and encouragement of her late father-in-law, Shri Bal Ghatge, added a profound layer to this venture. Though he is no longer with us, launching NITARAA on Vasubaras, a day filled with auspicious significance, is a heartfelt tribute to his support and legacy.
